The Insight keeps things simple. It doesn't need to plug in. The gas mileage is so good that it will make you forget high gas prices. The Clarity does plug in, and it can run on electric power.

Use the proper fuel and refueling procedure to ensure the best performance and safety of your vehicle. Use of unleaded gasoline of 87 octane or higher is recommended. Honda recommends TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline where available. Do NOT use gasoline containing more than 15% ethanol. 

Between both rows, the Honda Civic has 3.5 more inches of legroom. The 2021 Civics' climate system ratings are slightly higher than its hybrid sibling,

Poor handling: Hybrids have more machinery than conventional cars, which adds extra weight and reduces fuel efficiency.  

At lower speeds of up to roughly 20 mph, the Insight will go up to a mile without the gasoline engine firing up, according to Honda. Pressing the EV mode button prioritizes engine-off operation momentarily 

The 2022 Honda Insight hybrid-electric sedan is now on sale. The LX trim is discontinued for 2022. The starting manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) is $25,2101 for the EX trim, excluding destination charge 

Yes, the Honda Insight is a good car. In fact, we named it as a finalist for our 2021 Best Hybrid and Electric Car for the Money award because of its solid combination of quality and value. 

Blame fuel economy, battery problems or company indecision — at the end of the day, Honda failed to give consumers a lasting reason to stick with its Insight model.
