The 2022 Ford Expedition Max is Ford's biggest SUV. You've probably seen it around – it's like the Ford Expedition, but bigger. Much bigger.  

The Ford Expedition Reliability Rating is 3.0 out of 5.0, which ranks it 7th out of 14 for fullsize SUVs. 

The Suburban has an overall length of 224.4” and wheelbase of 130”, while the Expedition is just 210” long and has a wheelbase of 122.5” 

Well, according to CarFax, most vehicles depreciate about 40% after five years. Unfortunately, CarEdge reports that the Ford Expedition depreciates approximately 58% after five years and has a five-year resale value of $26,841 

The upcoming 2021 Ford Excursion will be the largest SUV in its segment. Previously, Excursion was 226 inches long 

The Explorer is the bigger of Ford's two mid-size SUVs and the Expedition is as big a model as Ford makes. 

If you go with an older Expedition you will want either the 4.6L 16 valve engine or the 5.4L 24 valve option. These are much more reliable engines and they are expected to last about 300,000 mile

Most Expeditions will have a 5.3-liter V8 that makes 355 horsepower, and on paper, that's certainly less than what you get with any engine in the Expedition.
